Carol Mote
Partner - Global Head of Human Resources
Carol is a Partner of the Stonehage Fleming Group, Global Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee. She has over 20 years’ experience in serving as a Strategic Adviser in support of people challenges in several sectors, including financial services.
Prior to joining the Group in 2022, Carol was a Managing Director and Senior Director for professional services companies including Deloitte and KPMG in addition she undertook key global roles with JPMorgan, LSEG, Unilever and Centrica. She has successfully led many M&A and divestment transactions from a people perspective, specialising in HR transformations, cultural change and employee relations. Carol has a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) and Master of Science degree and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of People Development (shortly to be confirmed as a Fellow).
