Natasha Newell
Director - Family Office
Natasha is a Director in the Family Office division in Guernsey. She advises wealthy families and wealth creators on how best to structure family wealth, often through multi-jurisdictional offshore trusts and other structures, in an effort to manage and protect inter-generational wealth. Her involvement spans the whole spectrum of her client's affairs. Natasha has a particular interest in assisting wealthy family's implement well-structured governance and succession frameworks in order to future-proof themselves from within.
Natasha joined the Group in 2023, and since moving to Guernsey in 2014, she has worked for some of the world's leading offshore law firms, most recently Carey Olsen (Guernsey) LLP. Prior to that she practised out of a leading commercial law set of barristers' Chambers in London for over a decade. Natasha is STEP qualified, an English barrister and Guernsey Advocate but does not provide legal advice to clients. She has an extensive knowledge of corporate governance issues, having been involved in a six-month trial and now the leading authority on directors' duties in Guernsey. Natasha has a detailed knowledge of the principles underpinning the operation and management of trust and corporate vehicles, which she is able to bring to bear in order to establish and administer bespoke structures.
